Compensation: Competitive Commission, based on licensure and experience
Reflections Counseling LLC is a private practice located in South Bend, IN, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. Our team of therapists offers support for a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. We are seeking a licensed and motivated Counselor or Therapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking for autonomy in a supportive private practice setting. Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse client population
Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
Participate in peer consultation and team meetings (frequency flexible)
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and boundaries
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
Active Indiana licensure (LMHC-A, LMHC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT-A, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) or eligibility within 30 days
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth platforms (training provided if needed)
Experience in private practice or outpatient therapy settings
Training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar modalities
Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages) are a plus
Interest in working with specialized populations (e.g., teens, couples, trauma survivors)

Position Type: Internship (Part-Time / Flexible Hours)
Compensation: Unpaid / For Academic Credit (with supervision provided)
Reports To: Licensed Supervisor
Reflections Counseling LLC is a client-centered private practice in South Bend, IN, dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. Our team of compassionate, experienced clinicians provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing, growth, and personal reflection. We work with clients across the lifespan, offering therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
We are currently seeking a Counseling Intern to join our team for the upcoming semester or academic year. This position offers graduate-level counseling students the opportunity to gain supervised clinical experience in a supportive private practice setting. Interns will have the chance to work with a diverse client population and apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.
Provide individual counseling sessions to clients under licensed supervision
Conduct intake assessments and assist with treatment planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies and ethical standards
Participate in weekly supervision and case consultation meetings
Attend staff development trainings and collaborate with clinicians on client care
Support client referrals and follow-up, as needed
Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Eligible for practicum or internship placement and seeking hours for academic credit and/or licensure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professionalism, empathy, and respect for client confidentiality
Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback
Interest or experience in private practice settings
Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Weekly individual and/or group supervision by a licensed clinician
