“Minds Matter”, a motto Mary lives and practices by. Life does not slow down, so it is important that we all tend to our minds and take care of ourselves holistically. We have one mind for our entire lives, so it is important that it is a nice place to be.
Mary is a recent graduate of Indiana University South Bend where she completed her Master's of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a temp Mental Health Counselor Associate license. The past three years of experience have been full of crisis intervention, working with at-risk youth, group and individual counseling, and trauma-informed mental health care.
Mary has found that she specializes with trauma, grief, and life transitions with older teens and young adults, and enjoys allowing the client to lead while honing on interventions specific to each individual. With a person-centered, holistic approach, the intention is to provide a safe, comfortable environment in which clients may leave feeling more relieved than when they arrived.

Danielle Sterling, MSc
Danielle is a dedicated training clinician and doctoral student in clinical psychology at the University of Notre Dame. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and their families across a wide range of developmental stages and clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, and trauma-related concerns.
With a strong clinical and research foundation in neurodevelopment, Danielle brings a particular focus to working with neurodivergent youth. She is deeply committed to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) — and their families — better understand their diagnoses and thrive with compassionate, individualized care. Danielle is also highly skilled in psychological and psychoeducational assessment, with specialized experience in evaluating and diagnosing neurodevelopmental and mood-related conditions.
Grounded in a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, Danielle works collaboratively with families navigating the effects of acute and complex trauma, fostering safety, resilience, and healing. She draws from a broad range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), parent management training, executive functioning support, emotion regulation skill-building, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and Structural Family Therapy.
Danielle’s clinical philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing is a relational process — one in which connection, reflection, and authenticity are central. She holds close the words of James Baldwin: “The longer I live, the more deeply I learn that love — whether we call it friendship or family or romance — is the work of mirroring and magnifying each other's light.” This quote reflects the guiding values of her work: honoring the dignity, light, and complexity in every client she serves.
