Sabrina is a licensed counselor, wife and parent of many foster children, offering a proven history of effective, evidenced-based therapeutic care. Sabrina has eight years of clinical experience, working to serve the needs of individuals in various settings, including private practice, community outpatient services, home based services, and school settings.
Sabrina values serving children children and adolescents. She is passionate about supporting and encouraging children as they journey through challenging situations, developmental changes, experiencing family conflict, and life's unexpected struggles. Sabrina graduated from Indiana University in 2013 with an M.S. in Counseling and an Ed.S. in Counseling with a specialization in child and adolescent development.. Sabrina also graduated from St Joseph's College in 2011 with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Creative Writing. Sabrina is a fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Sabrina utilizes a combination of evidence-based CBT, positive psychology, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing to promote and help clients sustain valuable change. She has also received specialized training in providing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Sabrina also finds great value in respectfully integrating religious and spiritual elements of one’s life when applicable.
