Alex is a licensed counselor, husband and father of one, offering a proven history of effective, evidenced-based therapeutic care. Alex has eight years of clinical experience, working to serve the needs of individuals in various settings, including community outpatient services, intensive youth rehabilitation, hospital chaplaincy and collegiate sport performance.
Alex values serving adolescents and adults, including providing geriatric services. He appreciates caring for individuals, families and groups. Alex is particularly passionate about supporting and collaborating with those who are journeying through a challenging situation, grieving a loss, experiencing conflict and or facing a significant decision.
Alex graduated from Ball State University in 2017 with an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and an M.A. in Physical Education, with a concentration in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Alex also graduated from Butler University in 2011 with a B.A. in Psychology. In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Alex is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), a Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician (CSAYC) and is trained in providing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
